Due to the hygienic and tactile nature of sensory products:

All sensory bins and sensory fillers are final sale.

We cannot accept returns or exchanges on sensory items that have been opened or used.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, we are happy to help resolve the issue.
Please contact us within 5 days of delivery with the following information:

Photos of the damaged or incorrect item

A brief description of the issue
Once reviewed, we will offer either:
